GLP1 Buyer Guide is a consumer publication, published by Open Water Rx LLC, which also operates Surfbound Health, a program recorded in this guide and listed first in its ranked index. That relationship is disclosed on the disclosures page and at the top of the ranked list. The guide records what US GLP-1 telehealth programs charge and what a member commits to. Each recorded row carries the first charge, the recurring monthly price, the billing interval, the commitment length, the required fees and the date the provider page was checked. It is not a government agency, a regulator or a medical provider.

We compare a chosen set of programs, not every provider in the market. The set is deliberately chosen and the scope is disclosed wherever a comparison is published.

What is on the record

• Every recorded price carries the provider page it came from and the date that page was read, listed at Sources.
• Where two official provider pages disagree, both values are recorded and the difference is flagged rather than resolved by picking one.
• A field that is not published anywhere official stays blank. No value is estimated to fill a cell.
• The price rows are published as an open dataset at Open data, so any figure can be checked against the raw row.
